Once I got my Form 1 approved from the ATF, I built this monolithic supressor out of a 2x2x16ga mild steell tube, with 7ga baffles! Sound quality sucks! This baby is sooooo quiet!

  • I think monolithic implies it is all a single unit. The baffles are integral to the tube so they cannot be removed.

  • No. It's just an UZI barre nut I welded into the can.

  • Stumbled upon your writeup of the build process on ARFcom - wow!!! Most impressive for a first try!

  • You managed to make the Uzi even heavier. I applaud you sir.

  • Doesn't "monolithic" usually mean the baffle stack is machined from a single block of metal? Awesome can either way, though. Is it the bad sound, or was that supersonic ammo? Thought I could hear a little bit of a sonic crack, but it's hard to tell.

  • That is sweet justice,

  • Cool!

  • Damn Yuh Couldn't Built It Any Bigger ? hahaha

  • Did you make the rachet assembly for this?

  • You can't make a new machine gun unless you are an 07/02 SOT holder. And that post sample build of a machine gun can only be sold to Mil and LEO sources after the build anyhow.
