Hey guys its Patrick from Patriot Surplus. We have been receiving a lot questions lately so we decided to put together a video. We're gonna shut down the phone and email after this, so listen closely. Im only joking, but hopefully this helps to answer any questions that you may have while shopping with us. One of the questions that we get asked all the time is where we are located. We are located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where we have a retail store and warehouse; however we do occasionally ship items directly from the manufacturer. For our complete address, visit the "Contact Us" page on our website. Another frequent question is whether or not our items are taxed. The only time that you will be taxed for a purchase is if you are located in Pennsylvania and are purchasing something other than clothing. Many people when shopping online wonder if they are dealing with a "real person", I can say with complete certainty that I am indeed a real person. My name is Patrick and if you call in theres a good chance that you will talk directly to me. When we are open and when we are closed play a large factor in when your question will be answered. Our retail store and warehouse is open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday; however we are available for phone calls from 9am to midnight Monday through Friday and from 9am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday. Our business is centered around the military so we work hard to help satisfy their needs in every way possible. As a result, if you are wondering whether or not we ship to APO/FPO addresses, the answer is yes we do. We also ship internationally as well so you can order from us regardless of your location. We offer a variety of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as paypall and of course, Cash. We work hard to satisfy the customer, however we understand that will not always happen. If you are dissatisfied with your item and would like to return it, contact us via phone, email, or through our returns page and we will be happy to set up a return or exchange. In order to be eligible for return, all items must be new with tags and boxes still intact. If you have worn the item outside or it has been altered in any way, it will not be eligible for return. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt or within 1 year for boots. If your return is accepted back, you will receive the full amount back minus the shipping costs which are not refundable. If you are exchanging for a different size, there will be no additional charge, however if you are returning boots, a 15 percent restocking fee will be assessed. If you aren't sure whether your product is eligible for return, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you or check out the return page on our website. Backordered items are occasionally a problem and we work to avoid backorder issues as much as possible. We update inventory each morning however occasionally stock will change throughout the day as items are sold. If your item is backordered, we will notify you as well as provide you with an estimated in stock date. We are happy to help you if you have any further questions about your backordered item so do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. Standard shipping procedure here at Patriot Surplus is a 1 to 3 day period in which we pick, pack, process and ship your item. We work hard to get your item to you as quickly as possible, however occasionally there are delays and this is the reason. Keep in mind that UPS Next Day Air does not mean that you will receive the item the next day, but rather that after the standard shipping process is complete and your item has been shipped that you will receive it the next business day. Business days are important to keep in mind when ordering as well. A business day is Monday through Friday and your order will not be processed on a non-business day.   • I was told I would get a refund for shipping, as the boots were defective. I have the emails to prove it.
