@Jefgg It was written by Jack Bruce and poet Pete Brown and originally released by Cream in 1968 on their Wheels of Fire album. The members of Cream were Jack Bruce, Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker. It has been covered by several people since then. Who do you think preformed before the 1968 release ?

Why does Clapton perform this song live? He did not write it and did not sing the original version. It isn't like he doesn't have a wealth of other material.

4:31. Look at Clapton's face. That's a proper masturbation with guitar!

Clapton is both a guitarist's guitarist as well as a fantastic and entertaining guitarist for non-musicians. In my opinion, the better you are, the better you realize he is - utterly phenomenal. He's had a few recordings with horrible tone, during his Strat transition period but even old Cream classics sound fantastic with his signature strat and mastery of the mid boost and TBX controls. I'm a straight guy and I'd marry him, if that says anything.

Over 40 years and Clapton has not lost a step. In the world of music, he is truly a god. We should offer a human sacrifice, my vote goes to Justin Beber
