  • Jan, thanks for the great videos. I have a slight anterior pelvic tilt. I understand likely caused by weak, lengthened glutes, hamstrings and core, and tight, shortened psoas and quads?

I'd like to know if I should be stretching just the tight and shortened muscles? (or put another way, will stretching my hamstrings and glutes be counter to the goal of correcting lordosis?)

  • I sincerely apologise for the mistake I have made in this video clip. My client has an anterior tilt through his pelvis, not a posterior tilt. A complete slip of the tongue, I do apologise.

  • This one's a back breaker for kyphosis and hits the glutes too. This is much better than some of the other versions of this stretch. Thanks for posting.
