I know why u said ' i only found the resent types of it and they arent like that more strings they are scary'. Coz there are two types of Zheng,one is called Gu Qin(7 strings),and another one called Gu Zheng(13~18 strings). So you can try to google 'Gu Qin' instead of 'Gu Zheng'. Hope you can find out what you need.

I've learn many instrument, but I've give up Zhang cause it's just not possible for me to do it well ... lol
