@kingjoker510 U never want to stand still in hockey so u would rally never want to stop completely, a more clever thing to do is to turn around 180 degrees really quick, i dont know what its called because im from sweden, but its way more effective and if u do it right u keep your speed up and can chase ur opponent 4 example

lol u dont want to do this alot, because u will get use to this so much that when u really need to stop on a dime u wont be putting enough weight on ur back foot. and that is bad because for 1 u will be off balance in a game and 2nd u wont be able to stop on a dime
