please HELP.... I have a Lowrance LMS 332c that no longer powers on. The unit is 3 y/o and need an upgrade anyway. I've checked the wiring at its good, I want to know this: Can I replace the LMS with the HDS7 and still use the same transducer and power wiring.?

I have a question I have the hds 5 do you think the display is to small to get this upgrade or would it only be good for the larger display thanks

I noticed that bracket is loose, and about 1" to 1 1/2" below the edge of the transom. I don't think the bracket should be loose but is the 1 to 1 1/2" drop below the transom edge the correct placing? Or should it be flat with the edge? Thanks!

The centerline of the transducer module (not bracket) should be level with the bottom edge of the boat.
