A lo-fi music video. This was made as part of an informational video for a not-for-profit artist run centre called Ed Video Media Arts Centre. That will be out in the new year. Michael Dainjah is the front man for JEN Militia.

Thats A Really Good Video. What effect and equipment did you use for that? Truely well done implemented, Angles.

thanks. It was very lo-fi, as the description says. We (we being myself and the musician) used just one camera (not the one shown in the video), and that was it. No lights, bounce, or any other tools.

the colour correction was very intro level stuff: just some brightness and contrast, a bit of gamma.

I also added some transparant layers created in photoshop to darken the edges and manipulate the colour.

I guess when you have that amount of ability as a director, you do not need the fancy hollywood gadgets.

with the gamma correction/ brighness contrast, was it with every different angle take or just an overall adjustment to the whole video? trying to get a feel of the amount of work you did.

I imagine I probably adjusted every clip. It was probably about two days of work for everything all in (editing plus colour correction and any other adjustments). this was done quite a while ago, so my memory is foggy.
