  • We certainly do NOT need meat for protein, that's the whole point of the film, we can make lifestyle choices to avoid animal and human suffering, and going vegetarian then vegan is the easiest way to vote with your fork 3 times a day for a kinder world, better health, and use only 20% as much land to produce your food as a meat eater does. And livestock farming is responsible for 18% of greenhouse gases. Go vegan, or eat as much vegan food as you can, everybody wins.

  • Thank you for this video. I'm a vegan, and I wish I could make everyone feel the way I do about animals. I wish there were lawyers for animals. I would become one and defend as many as possible.

  • Here is a case example to all those cowards that think it is okay for humans to treat animals badly just because they think they are inferior...How would they feel if highly advanced aliens arrived on Earth and immediately began to roundup and torture and eat humans (the humans being far less intelligent to the aliens). Think about!

George Bernard Shaw once said "Vivisection is a social evil because if it advances human knowledge, it does so at the expense of human character."

  • That guy beating the elephant @ 2:15 should have his head cracked with that same bar. Cowardly fucker. He should remember that elephants never forget.

Mark Twain said: "Of all the animals, man is the only one that is cruel. He is the only one that inflicts pain for the pleasure of doing it."

  • When people fought for the rights of blacks, the majority shunned Africans. When women fought to be treated as equal, they were scoffed upon. When people struggled for Jews to be freed, they met resistance. People fighting for animals are called lunatics, terrorists, extremists, psychopaths, by most of the Earth. But guess what? Blacks are now accepted as people who are just as good as the rest. Women are given the same rights as men. Nazis are no longer reigning. What's missing?

  • What on earth? some of the comments here! Animals suffer as do we,I fail to understand this strange concept which states human beings are better than any other creature. It is my experience that Human beings are abhorrent, and loathsome, apart, from a few exceptions.

  • Earthlings video by either @TheAnimalHolocaust or @jorgekan

  • Wow YouTube didn't let me comment my giant paragraph. Anyway I was saying it is okay to eat animals but not torture them. Go watch Earthlings and yea it's a long video. Narrated by activist Joaquin Phoenix about: pets, food, clothing, entertainment, and scientific research. Its very hardcore to see but worth it. Especially those bastards in futo, japan killing dolphins. Just watching them convulse in agony on the concrete while school kids walk by, brings me to tears.

  • @SaPe1994 Because Animals are often victimized by a system they have no part or say in (obviously). They are truley innocent. Most humans however, are monsters and ecological rapists that have been driven by an out of control world-wide industrialized economy. I think its pretty natural for most people (at least for me) to have more sympathy for animals than for other people, as most all misery humanity endures is brought upon itself.
