I just finished a choc pb tub. I always thought it was 2lb tub, but then I realized it was 3lb so I picked it up. $10/lb is good.

@ChristDynasty if you just started working out .... dnt buy anyy supplements just yet ... workout for at least 2 months so u can create a base then u can think about this kinda of stuff ... if u use it now u wont get the maximum results you can get with this product

have you evr heard of optimum whey gold standard protein? what do u think of that compared to syntha 6? and also does syntha 6 technically make u "gain" weight? 1 last thing, would it stil syntha still work if i only took it once a day? say postworkout? thanks

opttimum is all I use now.I dont use syntha 6 anymore but when I did yes u can se it once a day but try ON

I think of Syntha 6 more as a meal replacement than a protein shake, there's too much fiber, fat and casiene in it to go quick enough into your muscles.
