It can be ^^;. Just remember, first and third fingers down, second and fourth fingers up. Then, cross the fingers that are down, and touch the up fingers together. :)

what about the elemental hand seals?

I only covered the basic. All others that will be needed for jutsu will be addressed as they present themselves

I agree ^-^. I used to know a few jutsu, not nearly 20 of them though ^^;. I've also gotten all the hand seals down, but bird did take me the longest. That's why, when I did find out how, I tried to make it easier on people. And water dragon is the longest jutsu I've ever seen, but I've never attempted it. I haven't been practicing lately, and I need to get back into it. Thanks for the comment ^o^.
