Just because you did not know that does not mean Kidnapping did not took place. Sometimes with intention and sometimes without intention. Sometimes, the NON-custodial parent get charged with Kidnapping even if the child was taken to a grocery store without permission of the custodial parent.

I disagree with that LAW, but it's the LAW.

Bruna, took sean to Brazil from goldman with intentions to never come back to usa , therefore it's kidnapping because the boy belongs to the father just as much.

The child custody or divorce have to take place in the country where the child was born and the divorce in the country where marriage took place. USA courts ruled in favor of Goldman, since BRUNA the Defendant did not show up in COURT to fight the case/charges/accusation, therefore the Return of the BOY to USA was due immediately. Taking the child away from the Custody Parent without His/her permission is considered Kidnapping.

my comment is clear that do not support the attitude of Bruna. just I commented that no one knows on the couple to want to judge. Bruna in BR, said he began to be ostracized by David, and he was forcing her to work with things that she did not like to pay the household bills. She also said that it was she who kept the accounts of the house in days, because David was lazy and did not like to work. With that she ended up disliking more him and made the mistake of bringing the child to BR.
