  • customers just like you, every day of every week. i spend all day on the phone explaining common fucking sense

  • Haha, no one "forced" you to do anything. They didn't put a gun to your head did they? You didn't ask if you would have to pay for the day they were closed did you? Did you even bother to ask if you could return it to another location? "Forced" lol.

  • if you want it for one day, rent it and return it 24 hours later while the branch is open. You don't get free rental days because the business hours don't suit you. vehicles are rented and returned during business hours. you pay for it from the time you leave until the time you return it-returns, and rentals for that matter only happen during business hours. This isn't rocket science.

  • I have rented from Enterprise many times and that is what their drop off box is for.

  • Its NOT a scandal if your NOT CHECKING the locations bussiness hours. Its like getting mad cause your bank is closed on sundays and you can't deposit that check. THIS IS HOW STUPID THIS SOUNDS..... This dude NEEDS to ask or check bussiness hours next he rents a car. HIS STUPID LOSS for NOT checking!!!

  • This is dumb..we work 730 to 6ish everyday. I'm sorry if our one day off in the week doesn't work for you.

  • Hours are on the top of the legally binding contract that you signed....also on the front door.

Also if this is a very big hardship for any successful Enterprise employee will help you out, or even split the day with you if you complain enough.

  • Paiday- branches are open sunday and chances are if they werent told its pretty far for them that it would be an inconvenience. Example if a customer lives hicksville- they dont expect customer to drive all the way to queens or wantagh. Get your before facts before you judge ppl. And also you are aware you can leave the car, but hold the keys and return them that monday. And leave a voicemail stating that right?

Its common sense and lack thereof.

  • It isnt. You should actually look at your rental contract for hours and what your paying for. If you didnt... Well youre just stupid- hence the fact you believe its a scam (as every rental company abides by this). Youre renting a $20,000 piece of machinery not iceskates. You have to drop the security hold and insurance, god forbid you get reended or hit by another car (that means you arent liable for anything except telling them you were or werent in the car).

  • If you had returned it Sunday and dropped the keys in the drop box you wouldn't have been charged. You kept it an extra day, that's your fault.

  • @paidday oh ok

  • @aestheticpardox9 acutally they are branches open on sunday. Someone should have inform him of locations that do operate on sunday.
