why would you use this? it takes just as much time as taking the whole chain out and clean it the regular way

I wonder who has got that much time to use this freaky gadget. Not practical at all.

I bought this unit and used it for the first time today. It works really well ! My kit did not include the cleaner or lubricant. You will still get messy. Place a piece of cardboard on the floor and use rubber gloves and have lots of rags ready to use. I used Diesel fuel to clean and my chain looks just like this one in the video.
