i totally agree!!! when i saw this video i felt miserable again...every word is true....it's such a shame...because...it was a nice place to work(airport) and all the people who got a massage where so thankfull....but the policy sucks.....and "they" were never proud on us..."they"were only complaining!!! we worked so hard...for a very bad salary!!
