It sucks , If you listen to what I say in the video about fur is murder , although said in a funny way , I really feel that way ..Though I am wearing leather work boots right now so I am a bit of a hypocrite, and the eels(hag-fish we caught were going to become leather(eel skin wallets ) But we did not skin the minks,The guys I worked for, lived near a mink farm and after being skinned they just get buried or burnt , so rather than just throw them away they used them for bait

@Sharkenstienburger I wish people would stop treating animals so horribly, I have stupidly watched some peta videos of animals being skinned and I could never ever wear or buy fur knowing the horror that the animals go through. I feel like a hypocrite because although I love animals I eat meat, not a lot but nonetheless I eat it. Sorry for the rant lol :)

@GlitterySockss My brother who is vegan had me watch the movie earthlings all about the mistreatment of animals . I cried quiet a bit , sappy as it sounds, It is very disturbing But I do recommend it just so people know , and will take action ..don't be sorry for the rant . I like hearing what people have to say

It's by Great Big Sea, they do allot of shanty type songs..The boat was owned by a couple Irishmen so I felt the first song fitting, and that's why you'll here the crew making Irish jokes in the video ..

@GlitterySockss I wear fur from a respected trader, who uses the fur from animals killed for meat he buys the fur and sends it be cleaned before making 1 of a kind garments. in the country we bought it from they eat rabbit, which is killed humanely and every part of the animal is used. wearing fake fur is more damaging to the environment than real fur, its all about buying from proper farms, sadly supermarkets are the worst and most of the population buys the cheap nasty stuff,

@Sharkenstienburger I can't bring myself to watch those types of movies, whenever I do I get the overwhelming urge of wanting to help stop the cruelty and then feel the utterly helpless because I can't :(

Hagfish are mostly shipped to Korea where they eat them and use the skin to make eel skin leather. One hagfish if placed in a 5 gallon bucket of water will turn all the water into almost solid slime .. we where dealing with 30,000 lbs of eels and maybe twice that in slime ..we would actually have to spin the slime with our arms till it wrapped up our arms get the eels out of it and throw the slime off the side..very nasty

If hell is real the Devil makes you spin slime there :)
