Terrible form on the bent over rows hahaha. Also, dont do m.press behind the neck, really can injur you if you have shoulder problems. OTher than that good job, compound lifts FTW!

@Viper4ever05 the answer to that question is YES! BUT, BUT,BUT u would have to work out Tuesday and Friday and on those day you have to cover chest/shoulders/tries/bies/ham
strings/quads/back!!! were talking 2.5/3 hrs each of those days YEAH BOY... or just do urself a favour and go 4 times a week ;)

@noteboomable eat healthy and eat as much as you can. train smart, get stronger in the three most important lifts: squat, deadlift, bench. and sleep as much as you can. thats all it takes. no fancy programs or special diets.
