The band that did the song is The Black Mages. Heavy-metal band formed by Nobuo Uematsu and some other fellow musicians. They have released 3 studio albums since their formation in 2003. Check'm out, it's $&#*ing badass

@namepending222 Correction. The Black Mages played music OF the Final Fantasy games. FFX was released in 2001 and the band The Black Mages didn't form 'till about 2002-2003
