The chorus is unbelievably agile, clear and tight in the intricate runs. Marvelous conducting. I have to say, I do miss the typani and brass in the crescendi.

Ciertamente uno de los pasajes mas tiernos y bellos del gran oratorio de Haendel,"The Messiah".
La interpretacion de los britanicos suele ser excelente y esta de Sir Jonh Elliot Gardiner,esta entre las mejores.
Asimismo el trabajo visual y los titulos contribuyen poderosamente en el resultado final.

the best version of this glorious piece i ever heard which is superbly sung here, the voices of the various sections are clear, crisp and articulate...great choir, the Monteverdi!
