it think it's a commonly knowm move but I was taught your leg comes over their arm not under when you start to take the back - gives a lot more control

Very nice post. I appreciate all FREE techniques. People need to lay off the negative posts. People need to be thankful that ppl take the time to post technique. In this day and age, with today's technology, one can learn so much because of the video's. Before technique hit the video market, it would take someone several lifetimes to learn what they can learn now if hungry enough.

this is sloppy. i trained under Dustin Denes (third degree black belt under Ricardo De LaRiva ) and this is just not such good technique or explaination... sorry
