Yes I recall first hearing this on Dr.Demento even before I heard its forerunner of The Battle of New Orleans.This Parody song really is very reminiscent and nostalgic of all times that I had first its lyrics on Dr.Demento.It also really does express camping out and being surrounded by Nature very well. Yes years later the next parody song to follow of which would also be heard on Dr.Demento would be called the Battle of Kuwait & starting of with in 1991 we set a little date for pulling out of
