uni-stall the hard drive! lol My moms the worst! Every day for 6 months she thought she had people hacking/cracking/dnloading off her! I had to sit with her and go through everything. Turns out she lets her grandson go on and dnload those cheap games from wildtangent and such. lol the latest is she grabbed the monitor to clean the laptop and pixeled the monitor. TOAST!

I had a customer like this years ago. EXACTLY the same crazy crap! She even thought someone was spying on her through electrical lines (no powerline installed!)

Someone in her family needs to remove all PC's from her home and give her one Fisher Price computer with big colorful clicky sections that are meant for toddlers. That would be a much safer bet for her.
