The year is 2027. The world has suffered a decade-long energy crisis, and economies have crumbled. Reduced to a mere shadow of the super power it once was, the United States became the target of a North Korean takeover. American malls, suburbs and city streets are now battlegrounds as the civilian resistance fights for freedom. Featuring a compelling single player story crafted by John Milius (Apocalypse Now, Red Dawn), Homefront immerses gamers in an interactive and cinematic FPS experience where they will assume an infantry role or take command of a wide variety of aerial and ground vehicles. In addition to the single-player experience, Homefront will deliver a robust multiplayer experience. In a land stripped of freedom, the brave will fight for their home.

North Korea couldn't invade South Korea, No amphibious landing would be sucessful in America, you could send every uniformed person on the planet and they'd be lucky to make it a few miles inland. I picture Americans in their back yards shooting at any airborne troops, if they even made it to their drop zone they'd have hell to pay when they landed.

@studioscion That's the reason we don't see another nation invade the U.S They have no reason. The North Koreans have blamed the U.S for every bad thing that has happened to them. The failed Reunification effort(Korean War), America's fault. The war crimes against korean civilians(nazi war atrocities with american flag copypasta'd over nazi flag). Their bad economy, their bad relations with the south, their diarrhea, all the American's fault. So that's why Homefront has Koreans attacking.
