1) Position feet so it is cut in half when walking up to the bar.
2) Bend at the waist to grip the bar.
3) Touch your shin to the bar.
4) Lift away hugging the bar close to your body.

  • ok very good form but i dead lift 240 in the 7 grade wit pretty good form but good job
