Now that you've mastered my homemade bread recipe http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1yRWfy1VWE, it's time to branch out and make some delicious dinner rolls. Be warned though... when your friends and family taste these, you will be expected to bring them to every occasion from now on!

There are a couple of small changes in the dinner roll recipe as compared to the white bread.

For the complete dinner roll recipe and other delicious and fun recipes, check out my blog!

  • @TabbysToys That's FABULOUS!!!!! Thanks so much for taking the time to write!!!

  • When I make Hamburger buns, they are hard like rocks. I don't know where I am going wrong. I wonder if you can give me any tips..Thanks

  • @awadbab Did you make them with this recipe or a different recipe? If you add too much flour to your bread it will be tough and hard. Also, overbaking can make your bread dry and hard.

  • @chepau12 AWESOME!!! thanks for stopping by :)

  • @CookingWithCandra Oops.. I didn't read the blog before I asked :) Thanks a lot.. now I know what's the use of the egg in doughs... ^^

  • @chepau12 I do put an egg in my dinner rolls. It's written out in the recipe on my website. I find the addition of eggs makes the dough richer and gives it a nice texture for rolls and sweet doughs.

Thanks very much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!!

  • Hi! I've noticed you didn't put an egg in your dinner rolls.. I know a lot of white bread (loaf) doesn't have an egg.. But i have searched for a lot of dinner rolls that uses egg... What''s its use? Thank you..

  • this is the second time I made rolls with your recipe. yummy! the first one, I just made it plain bread, this afternoon, I made a loaf and stuffed it with cherry tomatoes, olives, onion, garlic and some herbs. it smells divine! I took a picture: I'll send you the link when I uploaded it.
