Funny type of ghetto. Brick walls, windows, central heating, local food shops, broadband, satellite tv and someone appears to have a computer with editing software. Compared with actual ghettos I'd say Hackney is pretty good.

Talking about crime rates like its a competition well i i say its a competition to see who can fix it first.

living in a council estate dont make it a ghetto i lived in one my whole life a lot of crime but there not forced to do it, there mostly prevliged black kids (compared to what i had when i was younger). they have money education a house water everything its just their state of mind they belive they live in a racist society towards blacks (which is obviously false if theres any racism its to the muslims and asians) and they grow wanting to be "gangster" they really want to look cool
