What the...?! It takes only ONE Magnum hit to kill that #%&¤ bat? I used Grenade Launcher/Shotgun combo and I lost nearly all of my ammo! Not to mention all the misses because it was so hard to hit him. I gotta remember this the next time.

Same here, i got lucky because the bat got stuck somehow but i definitely lost some ammo too. xD

You have to get 90 leeches (I think) in the mini game leech hunters

Oh, that explains it. So far I've beaten the game just once. How do you unlock it?

It's the special magnum you can unlock. Because the magnum you find in the game is after the bat fight

Any of you guys heard of the bat glitch on the North American (and possibly Japanese, but it doesn't work in PAL versions) version of the game? I heard when the battle starts, you go back to the save room, come back out and the bat is dead...but I tried it many times already and it never works at all...
