  • Impressive feat my friend! Great work on being able to complete the flow.

  • This is a GREAT double KB workout! Saved it for a rainy day and it kicked my a55! I did one minute of each drill with 15sec rest/transtition and 16kg KBs. Good Times!!!

  • just finished... that was fantastic. I love flow drills. One of my favorites recently is to set my interval timer to 1 min and continuously alternate between core movements and other strength/cardio movements, making it up as I go. Anyhoo, this one just kicked my butt... thanks for the workout Anthony!
