Grayson w/ Cenk on Drug Testing Public Employees In Florida

MSNBC host Cenk Uygur speaks with former Florida Congressman Alan Grayson about Florida Governor Rick Scott making drug tests mandatory for all public employees in his state. Scott also wants to test welfare recipients (and charge them for it) but he is opposed to a database to track prescription drugs. Does the Governor have a vested financial interest motivating him? Is he just trying to protect Rush Limbaugh who was infamously addicted to Oxycontin?

What happens if the state tests all the people and has a 90% drug user rate with workers and welfare recipients? What people do on their own time is none of anyone's business and people who are on welfare if you take that away they will have absolutely nothing to lose... All this will do is create a HUGE influx of homeless people who could cause a lot more damage to society by not getting help. When people are in this situation they become desperate and even willing to kill to survive. 3rd world

In the Middle Ages in Britain during the reign of King Stephen in the 12th century, due to a civil war the Lords and Barons began illegal castle building without permission from the King.
