Sarah Palin "ACES" forum on returning oil revenue to per barrel instead of percentage of profits, another attempt to BUY BACK ALASKA (but how about all those "campaign contributions" to remodel Senator Ted Stevens house, Congressman Don Young Bridge to Nowhere (Don Young's land) and 7 state legislators?) who will buy back the bribes?

$10 million? I thought the price on legislators had dropped since all the convictions... I'd say $500,000 would get you the entire senate. Thank goodness the governor is incorruptible....not like that other guy we got rid of (no names....)

I gotta say those hookers are not giving themselves the value the should, they work far harder than our legislators.
But this is pretty awesome, I'd gladly mark that box, if I thought I could buy back Alaska from the Oil, Mining, and Timber "industries".

Next time I apply for my PFD I'm just going to have to write it in if the option isn't on the form.

I am an Alaskan who doesn't take a PFD check, for ethical reasons of my own, but to buy back the four horsemen of the apocalypse I'd gladly give you 15 bucks.
Well done.

Dawn, why don't you take a PFD check? I know a handful of people who don't accept them and it seems sort of odd. I bet you could do better things with the money than the state. How about starting an annual scholarship fund or donating the money to a soup kitchen each year?
