Heaven is a place on Earth with you - Goodbye Kihi

This is rather late since Kihi moved on the 28th Sept but in fairness I've not had a lot of time to compile all the clips. Not done the best job but hey ho, the last clips are from our last ride at about 7:30am and the grass was all dewy so she's not tracking up brilliantly because it was slippy.

Kihi was with us on loan from the beginning of April to nearly October and I brought her back into work after a year off. We had the best fun and this little mare taught me so much, getting her fit and working on her schooling and jumping was brilliant.

She was so unflappable out hacking solo so we went exploring everywhere, it was amazing to have the independence to do what I liked and gave me as close a taste as I've ever had to having my own. We went out for hours.

She also gave me the opportunity to compete for the first time in a couple of years and she didn't put a foot wrong, she took the atmosphere in her stride and didn't stop at anything despite never seeing fillers or jumping doubles.

If I had the money and time for this horse (hopefully going to uni next year) I would have bought her in a flash.

I love you Kihi and miss you lots!
