It must have been a horrid time to be an organist- organs like the Kawai T-5 was still probably thousands on the used market, but it simply blew this Yamaha out of the water. Now you can get this HS8 on Craigslist today here in Columbus Ohio for $120 and the Kawai T-5 is only about $1,500 and to be honest, I've heard hundreds of organs, but next to Hammond the Kawai T-5 was the most amazing organ I've ever heard. Those are just two examples, but NOW is a great time to be an electronic organist!

In the hands of this gifted organ player, the most cheap no brand keyboard would sound good! Man, he sure can play!
But to be honest, i still am amazed how good this sounds, as i guess the sound is recorded with the built in mic from the camera, and not direct recorded, as this is taped in 1986/7 :-D

Amazing "demonstration" of the features. I like the "old" sounds :) Does the HS-8 switch Regs automatically? I haven't try it on the HS-6 when I played it... :)

yeah he does look young, there is only one Glynn Madden, one of my favourite players........just cant beat the old school!

Like, very good, the jazz music style is very strong and give musical performance to have much of intense emotion.
