Found this pair of adult Platycryptus undatus jumping spiders hanging out in the abandoned and dilapidated pavillion seen at the beginning of the video.

Very sweet. The first close up made a jolt of fear, but I think I recovered okay (watched to the end calmly, albeit with a nice sheen of sweat). I'm a recovering arachnophobe, but I'm doing my best because I want to enjoy these creatures.

Aw, man! She just was not impressed with him....all his tentative poking wasn't productive. I love the level shot from behind him, while the female becomes a blur in the distance. Makes me wanna pat him on the back and tell him there are plenty of fish out in the sea!
