  • Food in America is so abundant that people over indulge themselves with it. That's the advantage of living in economically striving countries - less food to consume, hence, less problems with obesity. Thanks to God, Bro. Eli, for your enlightening exegesis.

  • I remember a little information about our five fingers as what Brother Eliseo Soriano has taught us. If you keep your five fingers close together and form it into a half circle, that is only the quantity of food we should eat in one meal. And you know what? That is right! I learned from Slimmers World that we should only eat meat the size of a match box once a day. That and the rice and vegetables will fill the half circle that Brother Eli is talking about! Isnt this a wonderful trivia!

  • Indeed, most of the so-called food that we have now is poison. The more we consume it, the worse our health becomes. Thanks to God once more, Brother Eli, for the enlightenment!
