I only recently realised that Brown the Head of Fema was the head on 9/11 - They made sure they had an incompetent idiot in charge when the 2 biggest crimes against the American people were committed.... Those Levees were blown with explosives as were the towers!

"when the levees broke" is one of the best docs ever and may be Spike Lees best work, in my humble opinion
