The bars used in this video were purchased @ NewYorkBarbells.com The first bar shown is the Mega Bar with 600 lbs. The second bar is a Mega Power Safety Bar with 460 lbs. and two green bands. Total box squat with bands, at the top of the lift is 690 lbs. The third bar is called the Mega Trap Bar. Weight on bar is 550 lbs. for 10 reps.
