I came here because of Watfords shot that beat UK. I remember this game very very well. I turned 30 shortly after this. 24 years. It is a wonderful memory. Hopefully, today's hoosiers will make memories like this one. The last 3 years have been tough.

Syracuse had such a great team - but the coaches for SU - you're right - they screwed up / too bad though the clock didn't auto-stop - a long time fan of the cuse - but I'm not a long time fan of su coach B and staff - do wish he'd retire already.

The clock didn't stop because the poorly coached Syracuse team didn't call timeout.

The terrible foul shot by Coleman and the failure to call timeout pretty much sums up 80s era Boeheim/Syracuse..

IU got biggest BREAK in world with shot clock @ 1 second - SU should of had 4 seconds - and SU than CHAMPIONS.

IU needed the charity stripe and help from REFS!

inconsistency with clock. again - for all purposes, why wasn't SU given 4 seconds on the shot clock after made basket by Keith Smart. Hell - it sucks / but really, today - shot clock auto stopped after made basket - why the b.s. years back.
