Breathing properly not only increases your results with Kettlebell Lifting, but also enhances their health benefits. Kettlebells are not 1 Rep-Max tools, so why would you want/need to Power Breath? Holding your breath while lifting can be dangerous, so check the credentials of those promoting Kettlebell Lifting this way. Don't cheat yourself...
