Great tutorials, really appreciate them!! Question tho, how'd you get that little, rectangular tool bar in the top, right hand corner that allows you to do things like... Adjust the details of your fade in/fade out points?

My mac is 1440x900 when I record, it gives me a square look instead of a rectangular look like 1280x720 how can I fix that?
