*BLEEP* The System: Solar Subsidies

The idea is simple. Create Carbon Cap taxation that will pay for solar energy subsidies.
If all the governments of the world taxed carbon and or other pollutants, that would be a great thing. What would be even better is if all that money went into subsidies for solar energy.

I know this is happening on local levels but if the philosophy were adapted on a global level it would help every living thing on the planet and Earth itself. It would drive down the costs of clean energy. It would increase investment into the industry. It would increase adaptation and awareness of solar energy on a global level.

Another good part about this idea is that it is budget neutral. The money from the carbon cap would be very large at the beginning of implementation which would provide more money for solar. But as more companies changed there ways to solar, less money would be subsidizing solar. That way when every one has stopped using fossil fuels, there would be a free market in the solar industry allowing for more competition and growth.
