I have had these since i was a little girl, i don't know what started them, but i have never been able to sleep well, or even hang out with my boyfriend or any guys with out throwing up before doing so, this has ruined my life, but recently i have been put on meds called topamax, it's for seizures but is used in small doses as a mood stablizer, it has worked VERY well, ask you doc about it. hope i have helped (:

Is it me or is the music only adding to the anxiety? It only makes me want to start sobbing. I'm just trying to find some relief. My anti depressants are making my anxiety flare up, and i thought I might find something to help on youtube. I guess I failed. Good luck to everyone, I've seen it all at this point.

Is there anyone who really wants to help someone without asking money for it? in all the websites I looked up today the issue is money, so, how do people who do not have money have to get themselfs free of anxiety, they will be forever dependent on panic attacks because they can not pay for a result, that is said to be so simple..
