@kaapaatee full body strength really but once you get to the hand stand you need strong shoulders and good core

hey man. your doing good. but try going up slower. find your ballance. or try to start from a elephant lift.. Also doing them againsed a wall helps wonders. try to do them with your feet barly touching the wall. eventually your feet wont touch at all.

Thats about where im at in doing it haha. I spent a while on dip barz trying to go into a handstand and it greatly improved my balance and strength. Keep it up bro

Hell of a job dude.. the push up was the one that really impressed me.. I've been doin that except for the push up part and it's really tough to get down.. Great job!
