Do u have to run the target down every time the person shoots?

Excellent information. It has been over thirty years since I shot my last Marine Corps requalification. We used to use a colored disk on a stick. One side was painted black, the other side was painted red. We just held the stick up over the target, or waved a "miss". A lot has changed!
