@Sogwa hmmm....that's odd...maybe its a setting or something, cause the audio seems to be fine on my playing of the video....I'll look into it....I have started to use some more written material in my more recent videos.

just wondering about the choice to believe, did that come from above? or from within? do not all good things come from above? can any good come out of man?

The choice is really ours...we make that choice yet we must first be enabled through God's calling and regeneration to be able to believe unto eternal life as our fallen and depraved nature does not and will not choose the things of God while still in a fallen state (Rom 8:7-8)

@jesussavesist well I would say it is not Christianity that is those things but sinners who are Christians....everybody brings their own baggage in and Christians are far from perfect....Christianity is not a "moral" code but a body of people who have been redeemed and are members of a covenant community. Thus, it cannot be reduced to another code of morality...if it could Jesus died for nothing.

@rustydusty40 not going to disagree with you....I would only add that one of the ways that we love God is by getting to know him and we come to know him through His word. These things are what the Church has found out about God in His word throughout the centuries and hopefully they spur us to see God truly so that we may love Him truly and not accoridng to figments of our own imagination and make an idol of God. To know and love God is the goal!! =)
