Life - AMIS Honor Choir and Band Ankara 2010

This is a recording from the AMIS Honor Choir and Band festival that took place in Ankara in March 2010. This piece called 'Life', written by Turgut Pögün, was commissioned especially for the festival, so this is its world premier. Altogether almost 200 singers and over 80 band members from 48 International Schools on four continents - among them our son Nicolas - performed this piece, in the beautiful Consert Salonu of Bilkent University.

My apologies to the composer, since there are a few pieces of his work missing. I was using a still camera that would not let me zoom while I was recording, so I had to turn it off and restart in order to get a different angle.
