yes, you need a suitable wav file. find it for download. I used a Garry's Mod swep.

To install

Find your C: drive, Go to program files (x86) then to Steam, next to steamapps, common, left 4 dead or left 4 dead 2, left4dead or left4dead2, sound, music, undeath, Delete LeftForDeath, cut the replacement one, paste it there and rename it LeftForDeath. click on it to make sure it works. Sometimes it won't. You CAN do this for other things. this is the easy way to.
