DIY Solar panel: Part 1

Just wanted to show the progress is my solar panel project. I received a new flux pen today so I spent some time soldering the cells together. So far so good.

Edit: I purchased these cells off of eBay....

Where did you find this flat conductor you used for tab material? I can't find it anywhere (and maybe I am misunderstanding what you used). Thanks

ebay again! Search for tabbed wire for solar panels.....I acquired a few spools.

Thanks for the videos keep it up. A question is , istnt it better to also solder the second white spot on the backside for better amperage?

i was curious on why you only soldered to one point on the back instead of both of your positive dots? if for some reason you cell breaks in half horizonally you are going to lose the bottom half of you power output for that paricular cell.

Could be a scanner i suppose. But with enough Cells together you could power either of those in the field.

I like your video, shows how patient a person has to be at its construction.

Once you have enough cells together that work, you have it encased to protect it, what do you do to hook it up to something, like a fan or recharging something?
