@juggalin44 ...It's referred as "ploom" and yes, a cigar that has this ploom on it means it is aging evenly and properly.

the best cigar gets the white mold i thinks its mold (poweder stuff) on it

it actually not called mold...its oil in leafs coming out with aging in a very small crystal shapes which from distance looks like a white powder. Mold is blue and are patches in circles which means the cigar is ruined.
