When I said "Ares looks only after himself", then I ment: he looks only after himself in THIS video. I TALKED ABOUT THIS VIDEO not about what's happening between them AT ALL. He said his feelings to her, to do best for himself, and PS: I'm not an idiot, I know the "thing" in "God Fearing Child" and I think it was sweet TOO.

@56361578 And about the moment.. considering that he was struggling to tell Xena his feelings eversince before Eve's birth.. I say it is indeed a very sweet moment, putting aside all the games, the present situation and openly entering a different ground, that of emotions and finally spitting it all out straightforwardly to her. In that moment he is not the god of war, he is just a man in love.

I see we disagree. I won't try to reason with you. I don't see the point in that.

@56361578 What you're saying that "Ares looks only after himself" is hmm, how shall i put it.. that line is normally true but one exception.. there is someone whom he looks after.. The only person whom Ares looks after beyond himself is Xena. Oh, it looks like you missed out on that one somehow.
