shot it in about 5 minutes, post took about 30

after effects is fun, and i have a lot of leftover equipment from for-fun projects (like a steadicam lol)

yeah, we don't know where that car has been and there doesn't seem to be anyone at the controls. i'd say shoot it down. did it before. emergency blinkers are a dead giveaway.

I shot two shots from roughly the same spot, one without the car and then one with the car.

I cut them together where the camera motions happened to align perfectly.

Used Knoll Light Factory to animate a lens flare to cover up the cut, as well as using Final Cut Pro's ripple effect to add a little distortion wave that occurs immediately after the flare.

Touched up with some faux focus-pulling errors.
